Thank you for shopping with A Zillion Baskets!
Each order is handmade with care, and we do our best to ensure your baskets arrive beautifully and on time. baskets are made to order.

  • Standard orders typically ship within 3–7 business days after payment.

  • Custom or bulk corporate orders may take longer depending on design and availability.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders (especially during holidays), processing may take a few extra days. We’ll notify you by email of any delaysPlease place your orders early during holidays (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.) to ensure timely delivery.
We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks in advance for custom or bulk corporate gifts.

 Shipping Policy - the basics 

We ship within the United States.
Processing times vary based on product availability.
Once shipped, delays or damages caused by carriers are outside our control.
Please confirm all delivery details are correct before checkout. f you’re located in or near Atlanta, GA, you may be eligible for local delivery or pickup.
We’ll contact you to schedule a convenient time and location.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, A Zillion Baskets is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.

 What to include in the Shipping Policy 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.
We currently ship within the United States only.

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx to ensure timely delivery.
Local delivery and pickup options may be available for certain areas (please contact us for details) Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
A Zillion Baskets is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
